SUMMARY:Missoula Children's Theatre - Red Riding Hood
DESCRIPTION:The audition for Missoula Children’s Theatre is a little different this year due to Covid regulations. Pre-registration is required before the auditions. Once registration is full we can no longer accept any more. Auditions are limited to 60 spots. The earlier you register\, the more likely you are to secure a spot. Registration is open for kids going into first grade through twelfth grade. Everyone who secures a spot will still have auditions\, June 14th from 10 AM to noon. MCT rules require that all cast members\, participants\, and audience members must wear masks. Cast members will rehearse various times\, Monday\, June 14 through Friday\, 10 AM to 2:30 PM with the performance Friday June 18th\, at 7pm. You must be able to attend all rehearsals. DESCRIPTION:The Sparks Spurs Chapter of Cowboy Fast Draw Association will host the annual Heart City Jackpot on February 6th and 7th at the Cherry County Fairgrounds in Valentine. \nAction will begin at 9am each morning and the public is welcome to watch the contest. Each year about 30 to 40 competitors from Nebraska\, South Dakota and Kansas gather for a friendly gunfight in Valentine. Competitors use real 45 caliber pistols\, shooting wax bullets at targets 21 feet away. \nThe fastest times will win in the 3 out of 5 shot event. One of the most interesting part of the contest\, is the old west clothing worn by many competitors during the event. \nThe Sparks Spurs practice each Thursday evening in Valentine. \nAnyone interested in learning more about cowboy fast draw can contact Mike Burge\, Rich Mercure or Dean Storms.
